Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario.
